Parke is a lovely place to walk by the river and in the surrounding woodlands. It also has a fantastic cafe / restaurant with a walker / dog friendly section. Great.
This is such a wonderful corner of the world. Great for some solo time out, dog walking with friends and rambling with the children.
I love this place and my dog does too! The car park can be full and you still don't seem to see many people. Beautiful walk up along the river and return on the disused railway, all under trees and through woods. A great feel good place!
Always a great place to go for a walk with my little grandson and the dog. Even better today with the sun out. Nice walk along the Wray trail and back by the river.
Good national Trust car park. Good walking all the way around. Call in for coffee, tea and cake at the cafe or lunch after your walk. Dogs welcome.
